Grab a ray of sunshine and put it in your pocket. When you're down today, pull it out and put it over your head. It works I've tried it. Funny thing is, when you take one another one appears, so there's plenty for everyone!!

Our minds were made to create and to think logically.  Some matters of the heart are created by the imagination of our minds. Thankfully, our logical side has a way of explaining all this in time.
